Sweet and Sour Pork Chops from the Oven

Preheat the oven to 160 °C top/bottom heat.

Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices. In a bowl, mix ketchup, honey, orange juice, balsamic vinegar, grated orange peel, garlic slices, a pinch of salt, and chili powder to form a marinade.

Season the pork chops generously on both sides with salt and freshly ground pepper.
