Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 160 °C top/bottom heat.

Season the meat generously with salt and pepper on both sides. Peel the onions and cut them into wedges about 1 cm thick. Cut the streaky bacon into small cubes or strips.

Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over high heat and sear the pork neck slices until golden brown on both sides for about 3 minutes. Then place the meat in a roasting pan.
