Preparation method

First, hard-boil 3 eggs, quench them, and peel. These will be needed later for the filling.

Cut the bread rolls into small cubes, pour the whole milk over them, mix well, and let them soften.

After about two minutes, add the finely diced onions, chopped chives, pressed garlic, and minced pork to the soaked bread rolls. Season generously with table salt and black pepper.

Chef's tip

Serve the stuffed meatloaf classically with mashed potatoes and a fresh lamb's lettuce salad.
