Wiesbauer Gourmet Barbarie Duck Breast from Austria is a pre-cooked duck breast fillet with skin, prepared sous vide (under vacuum at low temperature) to ensure it stays incredibly tender and juicy. Description

Duck breast fillet with skin, salted and cooked sous vide (under vacuum at low temperature).

Preparation:

Place the bag in warm water for 5 minutes. Remove the duck breast and sear on each side for 3-4 minutes with a little oil in a Teflon/ceramic pan, skin side first. Remove the duck breast from the pan and allow to rest for 1 minute before slicing.

Storage conditions:

Store refrigerated at 2°C to +4°C
