Duck meat is characterized by its excellent taste. It is also an excellent source of magnesium and vitamin B1.
For our organic ducks, the eggs already come from Austrian parent flocks. The ducks themselves are raised in species-appropriate conditions on organic farms in Upper and Lower Austria.

Production:
The meat is cooked using gentle methods.
Preparation:
- In the pan: Remove the duck legs from the bag, lightly score the skin, and fry with oil for approx. 4-5 minutes, starting with the skin side down. Let rest for 1-2 minutes before slicing.
- On the grill: Remove the duck legs from the bag, lightly score the skin, and grill each side for approx. 4-5 minutes over indirect heat (Grilling time may vary depending on grill temperature and desired browning).
- In the oven: Remove the duck legs from the bag and roast for approx. 13 minutes at 220°C top and bottom heat.
