Duck breast fillet with skin, salted and cooked sous vide (under vacuum at low temperature).
Preparation:
Place the bag in warm water for 5 minutes. Remove the duck breast and sear on each side for 3-4 minutes with a little oil in a Teflon/ceramic pan, skin side first. Remove the duck breast from the pan and allow to rest for 1 minute before slicing.

Storage conditions:
Store refrigerated at 2°C to +4°C
