Salad Preparation
Wash and dry the Napa cabbage and cut it into fine strips. Peel and finely grate the carrots. In a bowl, mix with mayonnaise, rice vinegar, soy sauce, Sriracha, and part of the sesame oil (approx. ½ tbsp) and set aside.
Pattie Preparation
Cut the spring onions into fine rings. Finely chop or press the garlic. Finely grate the ginger.
In a bowl, thoroughly mix the minced pork with spring onions, garlic, ginger, the remaining sesame oil (1 tsp), salt, and pepper. Form 4 elongated patties (approx. 12-15 cm) from the mixture.
Chef's tip
For an extra crispy touch, you can brush the baguettes with a little butter before filling and briefly bake them in the oven.
