Ingredients
- 180 g Mini Burger Buns
- 480 g Mini Beef Burger Patties
- 100 g Sliced Cheddar cheese
- 50 g Romaine lettuce
- 150 g Tomatoes (medium-sized)
- 60 ml BBQ Sauce
Preparation
- 1Sear the mini burger patties on a hot grill or in a pan for approx. 3 - 4 minutes on both sides. During the last minute, place a slice of cheddar on each patty so that it melts nicely. Optionally, cover briefly to speed up the melting process.
- 2In the meantime, slice open the mini burger buns and toast them briefly if desired. Generously spread BBQ sauce on the bottom halves of the buns. Now, one after another, place a romaine lettuce leaf, the meat with the melted cheese, and a slice of tomato on top. Finish with the top bun half and serve immediately.
Tip
For an extra crispy touch, you can briefly toast the buns on the cut side in a little butter. If you like it spicier, add a few jalapeños to the burger!
