The vegan Öfferl organic stone-oven hand-rolled roll is a premium Austrian bakery classic. Hand-shaped from the finest biodynamic wheat flour, it contains no wheat gluten, emulsifiers, or ascorbic acid. After resting for 48 hours, it is twice-baked in a steam oven. This 60g bake-off organic roll is perfect for finishing at home for that fresh-out-of-the-oven taste.

Our organic raw milk handmade pastries are made from "imperial" milk - the very best raw milk - and the finest biodynamic wheat flour. Wheat gluten, emulsifiers, ascorbic acid or technical enzymes, on the other hand, are dispensed with altogether.

Because our ingredients do not tolerate machines, we shape all the breads with our hands. We give them 48 hours to rest in the dough and then bake them twice in the steam oven.
