A real French woman. Like its big sister, it delights with its velvety brown crumb and wild, earthy taste. As if she had walked through the flowering fields of Provence, her fragrance enchants with a slightly acidic note that is entirely in keeping with her nature. So delicate and so dainty. Magnifique!

Organic natural sourdough bread | 80% wheat, 20% rye | double baked | 48h dough rest

Since our ingredients do not tolerate machines, we shape all the breads with our hands. We give them 48 hours to rest in the dough and then bake them twice in the steam oven.
