Made from 80% wheat and 20% rye, this organic 400g loaf is hand-shaped and benefits from a long 48-hour dough fermentation. Double-baked in a stone oven, it delivers an incredibly crispy crust and a wonderfully soft, flavorful interior.

A twisted madame

Like our Madame, our organic baguette Crousto is inspired by the original bread of the French countryside and is made with 80% wheat and 20% rye. It is originally baked with the best ingredients in a stone oven at high heat.

Organic natural sourdough bread | 80% wheat, 20% rye | double baked | 48h dough rest

Since our ingredients do not tolerate machines, we shape all the breads with our hands. We give them 48 hours to rest in the dough and then bake them twice in the steam oven.
