Tradition meets spice: Our incomparable house bread.

Master Wenzel It looks a little dusty at first glance, but beneath the thin layer of flour is its dark blond crumb, which makes you taste juicy, full-bodied childhood with every bite. Deliciously musty it is, the old gentleman, and at the same time freshly green-earthy with a hint of lactic acid, which makes it unmistakably our Master Wenzel.

Because our ingredients do not tolerate machines, we shape all the breads with our hands. We give them 48 hours to rest in the dough and then bake them twice in the steam oven.
