The Man Spelt - Walnut Bread 400g
The bread baked from 100% spelt has a very high walnut content, the dough is led over 24 hours. This long dough with the walnuts also gives the bread its special colour. The bread is then baked twice. This makes the bread taste very moist and keeps it fresh for a long time.

This hearty, nutty bread tastes best with hearty toppings such as cheese and Heurigen spreads. Ideally, however, cream cheese and meadow herbs also go wonderfully with it.
