A wholemeal bread to fall in love with: Consists of spelt, emmer and wild perennial.

He is a pithy guy. His motto? Wholemeal tastes good. Urkorn urgut. No matter whether it shows its sweet side, which tastes of forest perennial rye and einkorn malt grain, or rather  spicy with organic caraway and  organic fennel, it dances on the palate: incomparably earthy it always is, the Ulrich Urkorn.

Since our ingredients do not tolerate machines, we shape all the breads with our hands. We give them 48 hours to rest in the dough and then bake them twice in the steam oven.
