Our Pain au Nougat is French bakery art in perfection. With organic butter from the Höflmaier family and biodynamic flour from the Harmer family, we prepare special butter plates in our bakery, which we then process into organic croissant dough in several batches. Filled with Zotter dark chocolate and shaped by hand, they result in the Pain au chocolat.
