This first-class raw sausage is traditionally made by the experienced salami masters at Frierss according to the original Carinthian recipe from the best, 100% local beef and pork. The secret of Carinthian mountain salami lies in the special spice mixture, which is specially mixed at Frierss according to a closely guarded family recipe. Carefully smoked over beech wood, it matures for at least 10 weeks until it unfolds its hearty flavour. Maximum salami enjoyment!
