The salami variation offers gourmets a delicate selection of hearty farmer's salami smoked over beech wood and noble mould salami air-dried for 12 weeks: the fine, mildly spicy Villach salami and the delicate Milan salami with its slightly Mediterranean note. Maximum salami enjoyment!
