Fine spicy delicacy from Austria, traditionally handmade and matured for 4 months.
This special delicacy, which has been traditionally made by the Frierss family for decades, captivates with its finely spicy taste. Only selected, specially cut, local pigs' heads are hand-salted according to a traditional recipe and refined with fine spices before maturing for at least four months. The special blend of spices and sufficient time for maturation give this speciality its harmoniously spicy taste.
