Traditionally matured salami, made from the finest turkey meat with sunflower oil, selected spices, processed into a raw sausage with a fine grain. The maturing period of several weeks, approx. 6 weeks, is achieved through slowly fermenting starter cultures and gentle maturing. During this maturing period, a typical salami aroma develops and the salami loses approx. 36% of its fresh weight.
