Description

The well-known salami has nothing to do with the origin of the meat, the Hungarian salami is one of the most famous recipes for salami, this recipe originates from Hungary, but is used worldwide. In Italy, for example, they call you Ungherese.

Substantial spice, smoked over beech wood and matured for a long time in a white mould coat, which gives it its unique taste. Finely sliced, it is a popular classic.
