The Parmesansalami (with original Parmigiano Reggiano) is a traditionally produced high-quality salami. A typical salami aroma is created by spice mixtures specially made for us, which in turn are mixed gluten-free, as well as by the slow maturation. The cheese coating gives the product a fine Parmesan note and makes the Sorger Parmesansalami an incomparable taste experience.
