Frierss Fennel Salami from Austria is a rustic noble mould salami, refined with wild fennel seeds and air-dried for 14 weeks. Made from selected, lean pork, it develops a mildly spicy flavour with a subtle hint of fennel during its 3-month maturation. An 80g pack that stays fresh for 15 days.

Rustic noble mould salami from Austria, refined with wild fennel seeds and air-dried for 14 weeks.

Only selected, local, particularly lean pork is allowed in the Frierss fennel salami, which is refined with a special spice composition and wild fennel seeds. During the 3-month maturing process, the elegant, white noble mould develops, which gives this salami its mildly spicy flavour with a subtle hint of fennel. Characteristic is their wonderfully rustic cut.
