Preparation in the pot:
Place the desired quantity of cabbage sprouts, unthawed, in a little boiling salted water and, once it has boiled up again, steam on a low flame for 6-7 minutes.
In the microwave:
Place the contents of the packet, unthawed, in a microwave-safe bowl with 2 tablespoons of water and heat, covered, at 600 watts for 5 minutes. Then leave to infuse for 3-5 minutes.
