Preparation in the pot:
Bring a little salted water to the boil, add the desired amount of iglo soy beans, unthawed, and continue to boil for about 5 minutes after the water has bubbled up again. Drain in a sieve and process as desired.
In the microwave:
Place the contents of the packet, unthawed, with 3 tablespoons of water in a microwave-safe bowl and heat at 600 watts, covered, for approx. 10-12 minutes. Then stir through, leave to infuse for 2-3 minutes and process as desired.
Make sure the soybeans are well cooked.
