The Tender Mix is the Austrians' favourite vegetable mix of baby carrots, maize and peas. Freshly harvested vegetables from the Marchfeld region make the mixture particularly tender and crunchy and are also perfect with pasta.

Preparation in the pot:
Saute: Place desired amount of tender mixture, unthawed, in melted fat, add a little salt and cover and cook over a low flame. If necessary, add a little water.
Cooking: Bring a little salted water to the boil, add the desired amount of tender mixture, unthawed, and continue cooking for about 2-3 minutes after the water has bubbled up again.

Data based on 600 watts and a quantity of 300g. Place the tender mixture, unthawed, in a microwave-safe dish with 1 tablespoon of water and heat for 6 minutes, covered. Then leave to infuse for 3-5 minutes.
