Preparation in the pot:
Bring a little salted water to the boil, add the desired quantity of whole runner beans, unthawed, and continue to boil for 5-6 minutes after the water has come to the boil again.
In the steamer:
Place the whole runner beans, unthawed, in a perforated container and steam at 100°C for approx. 6 minutes.
In the microwave:
Data based on 600 watts and half the contents of the pack: Place whole green beans, unthawed, with 2 tablespoons of water in a microwave-safe dish and heat for 7 minutes, covered. Then leave to infuse for 3-5 minutes.
