Preparation in the pot:
Heat some butter or vegetable oil in a saucepan and defrost the desired amount of spinach leaves in it, season with salt and pepper. For 400g (200g) add 4 tablespoons (2 tablespoons) of water, heat the spinach and boil briefly.
In the microwave:
Place the desired amount of leaf spinach Zwutschgerl, unthawed, in a microwave-safe bowl and defrost according to the time indicated below. Then stir and process as desired.
