Preparation in the pot:
Cooking: Bring a little salted water to the boil, add the desired amount of peas, unthawed, and cook for about 3 minutes from the time they bubble up again.
.Steam: Place the desired amount of peas, unthawed, in melted fat, add a little salt and cover and cook over a low heat. If necessary, add a little water.
In the microwave:
Place the contents of the pack, unthawed, with 2 tablespoons of water in a microwave-safe dish and heat for 5 minutes at 600 watts, covered. Then leave to infuse for 4-5 minutes.
