A classic in vegetable cuisine, here from German cultivation. The spinach leaves are washed, sorted and frozen immediately after harvesting. As a result, its ingredients and natural flavour are largely preserved. Spinach is delicious, for example, as a side dish for classic menus or as an ingredient for oven dishes. The Alnatura leaf spinach comes from organic farming.

Zubereitungsempfehlung: Im Kochtopf: Den tiefgefrorenen Blattspinat mit 100 ml Wasser in einen Topf geben und aufkochen lassen, nach Bedarf salzen. Anschließend bei mittlerer Hitze im geschlossenen Kochtopf ca. 5 Minuten garen, dabei mehrmals umrühren. Einmal zubereiteter Spinat sollte nicht wieder aufgewärmt werden.
