The Iglo Vegetable Mix consists of broccoli, cauliflower and romanesco. The vegetables are harvested and frozen within a few hours and thus retain particularly many vitamins and nutrients.

Preparation in the pot:
Steaming: Place desired amount 3 of rose mixture, unthawed, in a saucepan, add 2-3 tablespoons of water, salt and cook, covered, over a low flame.
Cooking: Bring approx. 1 litre (1/2 litre for half the pack) of salted water to the boil, add the whole (half) pack contents, unthawed, and continue to boil for 5-6 minutes once the water has bubbled up again.
In the microwave:
Place the entire (half) packet contents, unthawed, with 3 tablespoons (2 tablespoons) water in a microwave-safe bowl and heat, covered, at 600 watts for 11 minutes (9 minutes). Then leave to infuse for 3-5 minutes.
In the steamer:
3 Place the rose mixture, unthawed, in a perforated container and steam at 100°C for approx. 6 minutes.
3 Rosen-Mischung tiefgekühlt.
Zutaten: Broccoli, Karfiol und Romanesco Röschen (in veränderlichen Gewichtsanteilen).
