A classic in vegetable cuisine, here from German cultivation. The French beans are washed, sorted and deep-frozen immediately after harvesting. As a result, their ingredients and natural taste are largely preserved. Beans are delicious, for example, as a side dish to classic menus or as an ingredient in stir-fry dishes. Alnatura French beans are grown according to Bioland guidelines.

Zubereitungsempfehlung: Im Kochtopf: Die tiefgefrorenen Brechbohnen mit 100 ml Wasser aufkochen lassen, nach Bedarf salzen. Bei mittlerer Temperatur 6-8 Minuten garen, dabei gelegentlich umrühren.
