Preparation in the pot:
Place the contents of the pack, unthawed, in a large enough pan of 125ml boiling water. After bringing back to the boil, cover and simmer gently for 2-4 minutes.
In the microwave:
Data based on 600 watts and a quantity of 300g. Place the contents of the pack, unthawed, in a microwave-safe bowl with 2 tablespoons of water and heat, covered, for 8 minutes. Then leave to infuse briefly.
In the steamer:
Place the desired amount of iglo Broccoli, unthawed, in a perforated container and steam at 100°C for approx. 2-4 minutes.
