Iglo oven-baked croquettes with a crispy coating and juicy core made from Marchfeld potatoes. Especially popular with game and red meat.

Preparation in the oven:
Preheat the oven to 220°C (hot air 200°C). Spread the frozen croquettes on a baking tray and bake on the middle shelf for approx. 16-18 minutes until golden brown. Turn the croquettes over several times.
In the pan:
Fill a pan with approx. 2cm oil and heat (approx. 170°C). To prevent the fat from cooling too much, only put in a maximum of 10 croquettes and bake for 3-4 minutes, turning constantly, until golden brown.
In the deep fryer:
Preheat the deep-fat fryer to 170°C. Place the frozen croquettes in the hot fat or oil and deep-fry for 3-4 minutes, shaking several times, until golden brown. Do not overfill the deep-frying basket (ideally halfway).
