Beef ribs seasoned, cooked sous vide (under vacuum at low temperature) with added smoke flavouring.

Preparation:

Oven:
Preheat the oven to 200 °C (fan oven). Remove the Beefribs from the packaging and place on a baking tray. Roast for 25 minutes at 200 °C.Time and temperature can vary depending on the oven.
Grill:
Remove the Beefribs from the packaging and place on the grill rack. Grill indirectly for 25 minutes at 200° C.

Storage conditions:

Store refrigerated at 2°C to +4°C
