Carinthian pancetta is made from the best local pork according to an old tradition. Good belly pork must be infused with some fat, and so must Frierss' Carinthian belly pork. Traditionally hand-salted, this bacon is refined with natural spices. Tenderly smoked over beech wood, Carinthian pancetta matures for at least 12 weeks in clear Carinthian mountain air. The classic of every Carinthian Brettljause!
