This fresh butter shortcrust pastry from Austrian maker Tante Fanny is great for homemade biscuits. Made with 100% butter, it contains no palm oil and is suitable for vegetarians. Simply roll it out 3 to 4 mm thin, cut your favourite shapes, and bake for 6 to 8 minutes. At 350 g, it also keeps well for a long time.
