Step 1: Preheat oven to 200° C top/bottom heat and process dough directly from the refrigerator.
Step 2: Brush the dough with water, sprinkle with sesame seeds (light and dark) and cut into thin rods.
Step 3: Bake in the oven for 7 - 10 min. on the middle shelf.
