Aunt Fanny Fresh Butter Quiche & Tart Dough 280g

Recipe idea - Crispy Leek Galette with Salmon
A galette is one of the simplest recipes ever. It is a kind of quiche, but without a baking dish. The dish is in the oven in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 1 Pkg. Aunt Fanny Fresh Quiche & Tart Dough round 300 g
- 250 g Sour cream (sour cream)
- 1 leek cut into rings
- 150 g smoked salmon or salmon trout
- 1 Handful of rocket
- Red pepper berries roughly crushed
- Salt ground
Preparation
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 200 °C top/bottom heat and prepare the dough according to the instructions on the packet.
Step 2: Mix sour cream with leek and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3: Unroll the dough directly on the baking tray with the baking paper rolled along. Spread the leek cream evenly in the centre, leaving an edge of approx. 4 cm.
Step 4: Brush the edge of the pastry thinly with water, fold in over the mixture and spread the salmon trout over the galette. Wet the edge of the pastry again with water and sprinkle red pepper berries all over the galette.
Step 5: Bake the galette in the oven for approx. 40 min. on the lowest rack. Then top with rocket.
Tip: Instead of salmon, you can also use bacon or smoked ham. Instead of red pepper berries, you can also use freshly ground coloured or black pepper.
