Aunt Fanny Fresh Butter Puff Pastry 280g

The fresh butter puff pastry from Tante Fanny scores with 100% fine butter and a versatile rectangular format. And it's guaranteed palm oil-free. Recipe idea - Vegan tomato golaches with smoked tofu

Ingredients for 6 golas:

  • 1 Pkg. Aunt Fanny Fresh Spelt Puff Pastry 270 g
  • 100 ml chunky tomato sauce drained on a sieve
  • .
  • 50 g dried tomatoes pickled, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp;caper berries finely chopped
  • 100 g smoked tofu diced
  • 2 Tbsp Sunflower seeds Roasted, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp;Herbs de Provence
  • Some salt and pepper ground
  • 2 Tbsp;olive oil
  • 6 cherry tomatoes with greenery for decoration
  • .
  • Fresh herbs chopped to taste
  • .

Preparation

Step 1: Preheat oven to 200° C top/bottom heat and prepare dough according to package instructions.
Step 2: Mix together the tomato sauce, dried tomatoes, caper berries, smoked tofu, sunflower seeds, herbs de Provence and fresh herbs. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Step 3: Unroll the dough with the baking paper rolled along directly on the baking tray and cut into 6 even squares.
Step 4: Put approx. 2 tbsp of the tomato and tofu mixture on each pastry square. Fold the 4 corners of the pastry together in opposite directions over the filling and press down a little.
Step 5: Brush the golaches with the olive oil and place a cherry tomato on each golache.
Step 6: Bake in the oven for approx. 20 min. on the middle shelf until golden brown.

Tip: You can enjoy the vegan pastries warm or cold. You can also use chopped olives instead of the sun-dried tomatoes.
