Aunt Fanny Fresh Pizza Dough 550g

Sometimes you just can't get enough of Italy. For this reason, the fresh Tante Fanny pizza dough with 2% extra virgin olive oil is also available in an extra-large format.Whether for family celebrations or a cosy evening with friends, the vegan XXL pizza dough makes pizza for the whole family a success. Recipe idea - Olive-Tomato Ciabatta

 

Ingredients for 1 olive and tomato ciabatta:

  • 1 Pkg. Aunt Fanny Fresh Sheet Pizza Dough XXL 550 g
  • 250 g Tomato polpa (chunky tomatoes) drained
  • 150 g olives pitted, coarsely chopped
  • .
  • 4 sprigs of thyme finely chopped
  • .
  • Salt and pepper ground
  • Some flour for dusting
  • .

Preparation
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 200° C top/bottom heat.
Step 2: Work the dough straight from the fridge, unrolling it on the baking tray with the baking paper rolled along.
Step 3: Mix the tomato polpa with the olives and thyme, season to taste with salt and pepper.
Step 4: Spread the dough with the tomato filling, leaving a border of about 5 cm all around. Brush the edge with water. Roll up the dough tightly and seal well at the sides. Dust the surface of the dough with flour and make a light incision every 2 cm.
Step 5: Bake the ciabatta for 25 - 30 min. on the lowest rack until golden brown.

Tip: Alternatively, use other Mediterranean herbs such as sage, oregano or savory.
