Aunt Fanny Fresh Shortcrust 300g
With the Tante Fanny Fresh Shortcrust Pastry you can create delicacies in abundance. You can vary the fillings to suit your mood: Whether vegetables, fish or meat - the fresh shortcrust pastry from Tante Fanny is the perfect casing for all your ingredients. Also suitable for vegetarians and vegans! Aunt Fanny - Fannytastically simple!
Recipe idea: Fig and Gorgonzola Tart with Raw Ham

Ingredients for 3 oblong tartes:
- 1 Pkg. Aunt Fanny Fresh Shortcrust 300 g
- 250 g Dolcelatte (Italian blue cheese)
- 3 figs quarters
- 250 g sliced raw ham
- Some rocket
Preparation:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 190° top/bottom heat and prepare the dough according to the package instructions.
Step 2: Unroll the dough with the baking paper rolled along directly on the baking tray and cut evenly twice widthways.
Step 3: Fold in the edges, crumble the dolcelatte over them and spread the fig quarters on top.
Step 4: Bake on the middle shelf for approx. 20 min. until golden brown. Garnish with raw ham and rocket before serving.
