Aunt Fanny Pulled Strudel Dough 120g

The Tante Fanny strudel dough is pulled wafer-thin and thus also wonderfully crispy in the oven. This not only makes classic strudel variations, but also creative small pastries such as rolls, baskets and pockets in no time at all. Aunt Fanny - Fannytastically simple!

Recipe idea - Colourful Vegetable strudel with cream cheese

Ingredients for 2 strudels:

  • 1 Pkg. Aunt Fanny Pulled Strudel Dough 120 g
  • 1 large carrot cut into thin long strips
  • .
  • 1 large yellow carrot cut into thin long strips
  • .
  • 1 parsley root cut into thin long strips
  • .
  • 1 stick leek halved
  • 175 g cream cheese

Preparation
Step 1: Preheat oven to 180° C top/bottom heat and prepare pastry sheets according to package instructions.
Step 2: Blanch the prepared vegetables in hot water until firm to the bite and allow to cool.
Step 3: At the bottom of the prepared strudel pastry sheets, place the vegetable strips and spread with cream cheese, place vegetable strips on top again and repeat until half of the vegetables and cream cheese have been used.
Step 4: Fold in the side edges and roll up using the tea towel. Proceed in the same way with the rest of the dough. Step 5: Place the strudel seam side down on a baking tray and bake in the oven for approx. 20 min on the middle shelf.

Tip: This delicious vegetable strudel is not only great as a side dish but also as a main course with a mixed salad.
