  • 250 ml whole milk
  • 10 g butter
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

Method

    Bring the whole milk to a boil with a pinch of salt in a small pot.

    Once the milk boils, slowly sprinkle in the fine semolina while continuously stirring with a whisk.

    Reduce the heat and let the semolina porridge simmer for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until it reaches the desired creamy consistency.

    Pour the finished semolina porridge into a deep plate. Top with butter flakes and generously sprinkle with a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Enjoy warm.
