Ingredients
- 40 g fine semolina
- 250 ml whole milk
- 10 g butter
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
Method
- 1Bring the whole milk to a boil with a pinch of salt in a small pot.
- 2Once the milk boils, slowly sprinkle in the fine semolina while continuously stirring with a whisk.
- 3Reduce the heat and let the semolina porridge simmer for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until it reaches the desired creamy consistency.
- 4Pour the finished semolina porridge into a deep plate. Top with butter flakes and generously sprinkle with a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Enjoy warm.
