Ingredients
- 1 pack ready-made puff pastry
- 190g Pesto Rosso (one jar)
- 125g Mozzarella
- 75g pitted olives
- 15g basil

Instructions
- 1Remove the puff pastry from the pack and unroll it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Then cut the unrolled dough into rectangles (approx. 7 x 7 cm) and spread with the red pesto.
- 2Drain the olives and cut them into small slices. Also drain the mozzarella and cut it into small pieces.
- 3Preheat the oven to 180°C convection. Top the dough rectangles with olives and mozzarella. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Meanwhile, roughly chop the basil leaves and sprinkle them over the finished pizza pieces.
- 4You can also use your personal favorite ingredients for the pizza topping. There are no limits to your imagination.
