  • 250 g fine oats
  • 150 g unsalted butter
  • 6 pcs. dried dates
  • 3 tbsp baking cocoa
  • 1 pinch fine salt

  • 30 g freeze-dried raspberries

Place the oats, soft butter, pitted dates, cocoa, and a pinch of salt into a blender and process until a smooth mixture forms.

Form small balls from the mixture. Lightly crumble the freeze-dried raspberries and roll the balls in them until evenly coated. Alternatively, you can use chopped nuts like pistachios.

Store the balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They will stay fresh for up to 2 weeks.

Chef's tip

For an extra nutty flavor, you can replace part of the oats with grated hazelnuts.
