Preheat the oven to 185 °C.

Debone the chicken thighs and cut each piece into 4 equal parts. Season with salt and pepper.

Trim the ends of the zucchini. Clean the carrots. Deseed the bell pepper and chili. Halve the potatoes (leave the skin on young potatoes). Finely chop the chili, cut the remaining vegetables into approx. 1.5 cm cubes.
