PREPARE CROUTONS

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Cut the bread rolls into approx. 1 cm cubes. Place them in a baking dish, add the butter (80 g) and toast in the preheated oven for approx. 12 minutes until golden brown. Stir occasionally.

COOK SOUP

Cut the cooked chicken meat into approx. 1.5 cm cubes.

Chef's tip

The soup tastes best if you use meat that has been removed directly from the bones of a freshly cooked soup chicken.
