Roughly dice the onion. Remove the stem from the tomatoes and cut the flesh into coarse pieces.

Halve the cucumber lengthwise, scoop out and discard the seeds with a spoon. Cut the cucumber into pieces. Core the bell peppers, also cut them into pieces, and place everything in a large bowl.
Marinating & Chilling

Cut off the crusts from the toast bread and tear the soft part directly into the bowl with the vegetables. Drizzle with red wine vinegar. Add the remaining ingredients (except salt for seasoning), mix well, and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
Chef's tip
For the perfect consistency, a powerful blender is recommended. Serve the soup ice cold!
