Preparation in a pot:
Mix 2 tbsp sour cream, 1 tbsp flour and 3 tbsp milk. Bring the frozen contents of the pack to the boil with a small knob of butter. Season the young spinach, add the sour cream mixture and continue cooking for 2-3 min. Refine with a little nutmeg or Iglo garlic, according to taste.
