Preparation in the pan:
Place the contents of the package, unthawed, in a coated pan (28cm diameter) with 3 tbsp. water, without adding any more fat. Cook over a medium heat for approx. 10 min. stirring several times.**

Place the contents of the pack, unthawed, in a microwave-safe dish. Cover and heat at approx. 750 watts for approx. 10 min. Stir well after half the preparation time.**
